Gibson Assembly Ultra master mix builds on SGI-DNA’s original Gibson Assembly® technology* to expand the ranges of fragment size, fragment number, and project complexity that are compatible with scarless and high-fidelity cloning. Gibson Assembly® Ultra utilizes a robust two-step method to seamlessly join up to 15 inserts into a plasmid vector. The entire process can be completed in 80 minutes or less. Using Gibson Assembly® Ultra method, multiple DNA fragments from 100 bp to 100 kb can be joined with 95% cloning efficiency and constructs up to 1000 kb in length can be efficiently assembled by designing multi-stage Gibson Assembly® Ultra reactions.
