Gibson Assembly Ultra master mix builds on SGI-DNA’s original Gibson Assembly technology* to expand the ranges of fragment size, fragment number, and project complexity that are compatible with scarless and high-fidelity cloning. Gibson Assembly Ultra utilizes a robust two-step method to seamlessly join up to 15 inserts into a plasmid vector. The entire process can be completed in 80 minutes or less. Using Gibson Assembly Ultra method, multiple DNA fragments from 100 bp to 100 kb can be joined with 95% cloning efficiency and constructs up to 1000 kb in length can be efficiently assembled by designing multi-stage Gibson Assembly Ultra reactions.
